By accessing our website, purchasing our products, creating an account, signing up for communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

  1. OVERVIEW

2O3 sells hydration, electrolyte, and performance nutrition products. Our products are intended to support hydration and performance when used as directed, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You are responsible for reading all product labels, warnings, ingredients, usage instructions, and other information before using any 2O3 product.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

2O3 products may contain honey, electrolytes, minerals, carbohydrates, natural flavors, and other ingredients listed on the applicable product label.

Our products may not be appropriate for everyone. Before using our products, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, taking medication, have a medical condition, have kidney disease, have high blood pressure, have been advised to limit sodium intake, have diabetes or blood sugar concerns, have food allergies, or have any other health concern.

Products containing honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Hydration and electrolyte needs vary by individual and may depend on body size, sweat rate, exercise intensity, climate, diet, health status, and other factors. You should follow the directions on the product label and should not exceed the recommended use unless directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

  1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and other fees.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, security practices, or terms of those third-party payment processors.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, customs delays, carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, if available, and by any refund terms presented at checkout or on our website.

Because 2O3 products are consumable goods, we may not accept returns of opened, used, damaged, or expired products unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@2o3.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the matter.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize 2O3 or its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency, price, and terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it or until we terminate it. You may cancel your subscription through your account portal, through the link provided in your subscription communications, or by contacting us at orders@2o3.com.

You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. We may not be able to cancel, refund, or modify an order that has already been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, product availability, benefits, shipping charges, or other subscription terms. If required by law, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.

  1. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND EARLY ACCESS

We may offer promotions, discounts, referral codes, athlete codes, early access opportunities, bundles, or other offers from time to time.

Promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Promotions may be limited by date, quantity, geography, product, customer, or other criteria. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send transactional or administrative emails, including order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and customer service communications.

  1. MOBILE MESSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 2O3 mobile message service is operated by No BS Gummies, Inc. d/b/a 2O3. By opting in to receive SMS or MMS text messages from 2O3, you agree to these Mobile Message Terms and Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from and on behalf of 2O3 at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include marketing and promotional messages, product launch updates, early access notifications, special offers, cart reminders, order updates, customer service messages, and related communications.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or other messaging technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message, data, or other charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

To stop receiving text messages from 2O3, reply STOP to any text message from us or use the unsubscribe link where available. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for the 2O3 mobile message service.

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us before doing so to help prevent us from sending messages to the person who receives your old number.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate our mobile message service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also change these Mobile Message Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued participation in the mobile message service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Your use of our mobile message service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  1. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit, post, upload, tag, message, review, comment, or otherwise provide content to 2O3, including photos, videos, testimonials, product reviews, feedback, ideas, or social media content, you grant 2O3 a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, adapt, publish, and create derivative works from that content in connection with our business, marketing, advertising, website, social media, emails, SMS messages, packaging, and other commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
